Start with Balta Labs

Balta Labs brings commerce records from connected accounts into one workspace. The current documentation covers three jobs: reviewing orders across sources, preparing EU OSS data, and exporting internal warehouse transfers. You can use these areas independently, but they share the same connections and imported records.

A useful first session

1. Open Settings → Connections and connect an account.
2. Test the connection and start an order import in Orders → Configuration → Sources. Imports run in the background; the source card shows progress and errors.
3. Open Orders → Dashboard and inspect a few orders. The order detail shows linked source records when the same order appears in more than one account.
4. Open Orders → OSS. Choose a period and review the dashboard, report, and any unknown classifications before downloading a file.
5. If you move stock between warehouses, open Tools → Analytics → Internal inventory transfers to review transfer lines and their export readiness.

The selected workspace determines which accounts and records you can see. Access to connections, OSS, and analytics also depends on your workspace permissions. If an area is missing, ask a workspace owner to check your access.
